Frequently Asked Questions
Do I really not need to see my GP?
That is correct. Since 2018, pharmacists in the UK have been able to supply ED treatments directly. Our pharmacists are trained to assess suitability and can prescribe safely without a GP referral. If we identify any concerns during your consultation, we will recommend you see your doctor.
Which treatment is best for me?
It depends on your preferences. Sildenafil works for 4-6 hours and is the most affordable option. Tadalafil lasts up to 36 hours, giving more flexibility. Our pharmacist will discuss the differences and help you choose.
Is the service really confidential?
Yes. Your consultation happens in a private room behind a closed door. We do not share information with your GP unless you ask us to, or if there is a safety concern. Your records are stored securely and are never visible to other staff or customers.
Can I just walk in or do I need to book?
Both options are available. You can walk in during opening hours and our pharmacist will see you as soon as possible. If you prefer a guaranteed time slot, book online and your medication can be ready to collect when you arrive.
